The evening hours are best, and it was for this reason that I chose them. By this hour there is apt to be a stability of electromagnetic properties, though of course this is not always the case. The suggestion itself, psychologically, also prevents you from simply being swept away, willy-nilly, by the collective energy. You must understand that use of such energy does in no way suggest monopolizing it. You do not deprive others. Your own actions continue to produce additional energy. This method of utilizing energy is also used in the creation of dream images. The form of the images is not an illusion. You simply have form without mass, to all practical purposes, and there is no contradiction in that statement.
