(Jane’s clairvoyant experiences continue. Some are more complete than others and can happen at any time of the day. Some appear while she is awake and active, others when she is in a drowsy state. They have been appearing often enough recently so that she now keeps a separate record of them. See also the notes at the beginning of the 173rd session.

Another small note here, but a rather important one: Ruburt has nothing to fear from his mother, now, or after her death.

I will now close this evening’s session, and we will return to our previous discussions at our next meeting. I wish you both the heartiest good evening. And I look out for you two. I would help Ruburt if the need arose.

(When Jane began to speak again she was lying down; she had stretched out to relax for a moment after the regular session. Now she removed her glasses, propped her head up with one hand, and began to speak from this prone position. She had briefly used a prone position once before, in the unscheduled 129th session, witnessed by Judy and Lee Wright. Now, her voice was quiet, her eyes closed. Resume at 10:33.)

(Jane had been facing me as she spoke from her prone position, and I had noticed that her eyes had appeared to be slitted, as though preparing to open. They now did open, slowly, as she continued speaking. They were very dark and without highlights. She stared at me as she spoke for the most part, although occasionally she drew upon a cigarette that she had left burning in an ashtray beside her. Her voice remained quiet.)

You could therefore help them without being concerned with self-preservation. You must now be so concerned, and you are doing very well.
