“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(Again we held the session in our living room, as we used to do. There were no interruptions. Jane had no idea of the material for the session before she began speaking, on time. She sat down as usual, with her eyes closed for this first delivery. There was quite a bit of traffic noise even at this hour, and Jane’s voice had a stronger edge, as though to cut through it.)

(The traffic noise was now even heavier. I thought it was bothering Jane, since she seemed to be sitting in a rather tense position in her rocker. Her voice grew a little louder.)

(Break at 9:16. Jane was dissociated, but not as well as usual for a first break. She said the traffic noise bothered her, but that she would make an effort to see that it didn’t continue to do so.

I can indeed arrange our evening in such a manner that your traffic will bother us not a bit.

(Jane leaned forward to tap on the table for emphasis. She smiled. She now acted as though immune to the traffic noise, and I realized that at times I too had forgotten about it as I wrote along.)

(Break at 9:45. Jane blinked a few times, then came out of her trance. She said she had been a good deal more dissociated for this delivery. She had not been conscious of traffic, nor had I.

(Break at 10:11. Jane was well dissociated throughout the delivery. Her eyes had been open all the while, but she had no memory of this. Traffic had not bothered her, and her delivery had been rather fast.

(End at 10:55. Jane was well dissociated. She blinked, then was out of her trance. Her eyes had been open for the whole delivery, and very dark. Her rate of speaking had been rather fast. She had not been aware of traffic, or any other distractions for that matter, since the first delivery of the evening.)
