I find that the climate is more favorable this evening; and much to my amusement I discovered that Ruburt saw fit to collaborate my diagnosis of the condition existing on the left wrist, by speaking to a doctor, who did indeed collaborate my statement.

I understand the reasons that you seek such collaboration. I would, nevertheless, appreciate Ruburt taking me at my word sometimes. Later this evening, I may perhaps add a few remarks along these lines.

Ruburt did anticipate with some correctness part of this evening’s subject matter, having to do with apparent deterioration of the quality of matter itself, that composes the physical body. Since you know now that all physical matter is constantly coming into formation, that it is formed by atoms and molecules so instantaneously, and that these atoms and molecules that give form to matter continually appear and disappear, so swiftly that the physical form that they compose appears permanent, then you must realize that there is no reason why physical forms should deteriorate as far as the atoms and molecules that compose them are concerned.

Ruburt’s dream itself dealt with vessels. The correct interpretation was that of a vessel, the ship, in which the Tubbs woman toured; the breaking bag, winds unexpected during a day of travel during the cruise.

For his own reasons Ruburt did automatically receive the correct interpretation for himself. However, I have said that we must deal with words, breaking down symbols first of all.

Part of Ruburt’s dream, you see, did have to do with a ship; and here with a second vessel and the water, you find that information was given on a subconscious level to Ruburt concerning his friend’s journey. If you will reread that session dealing with the main dream you will see the connection. However, there was a deep sense of bewilderment upon Ruburt’s part with his friend, who is a mother, since neither of them as adolescents considered motherhood as a part of their personal futures.

This sounds extremely involved. But while Ruburt did get the correct message, another topmost layer of his subconscious took childish revenge by changing the symbolism of vessel as ship, into vessel as womb, container of life. On this level, which also achieved its purpose, the water image was translated into a bag, or the bag of water that burst.

The Tubbs woman was to be given still another child, when no more were desired, by Ruburt in childish retaliation. Both literal interpretations were true, you see, but Ruburt took the opportunity (unconsciously of course) to use valid information, that of the trip, as a method of getting back for the imagined and unreasonable treachery of her friend.

And at the danger of being considered a nag, despite Ruburt’s insistence that the bedroom looks better the way it is, your bed should be moved so that the head is upon the wall that I specified months ago.

Now briefly before I close, and again on a personal note: the condition of Ruburt’s wrist will take care of itself and vanish. He should faithfully continue the back exercises, which he usually resumes and then forgets. The turning around of the bed will alleviate a soreness of his ribs on the left side.

I will not go deeply into this, but there is an interruption of vibrations there, and a crosscurrent. It is too late to discuss this fully. Psychological time for both of you should be maintained, for psychic education and for the physical benefits achieved through momentary release from physical time. For Ruburt, salt is beneficial during some periods of the month, and not beneficial at other times.

Now, my most fond best wishes, and my congratulations to Ruburt, the old firekeeper, in connection with the furnace. He stokes his own flames fairly well also.
