(Jane did not feel at all well before this evening’s session, and I was not at my best either. I suggested to Jane that she pass up the session but she wanted to have one if possible. To take focus away from the smoking problem, our Ruburt suddenly decides to go “a la naturel” as far as hair is concerned.

Perhaps you might rub his back before retiring. He should feel well in the morning. I would like here to mention once more my suggestions concerning outings. The two of you should, when financially feasible, go out for an evening of enjoyment once a week. The important point here being that you are outside of your apartment, and also that you are with other people. This suggestion is beneficial for you both.
