Communications such as this must sift through many channels and make many interconnections. We shall achieve important progress this year, I hope, in getting more material through the censorships. I will in no way press for Ruburt to go further than is beneficial for him.

There will be varieties of adjustment; this also is to be expected. In the long run this procedure will take less out of Ruburt, and we of course will not exceed our usual regularity.
