I would like to speak concerning the parallel development of the universe of matter as you know it, the universe of negative matter, and what is truly the universe of dreams.

We have spoken concerning the relative impossibility of first origins as you consider them, occurring at a particular point in your time. Inward, individualized, aware energy existed before the conception of your time, your time obviously being an interpretation of the spacious present, from which all creation not only originally began but continues in terms of value fulfillment. Without such a development before the conception of your time, indeed, your universe would never have come into existence.

You would know better than to think that your awareness of the movie signified that the movie began only when you appeared. You construct dreams automatically, so to speak, with one level of your being in the main, whether you wake or sleep, and whether you are aware of the dreams or not. This is an inner symbol manipulation that is carried out as automatically as you breathe or walk, a by-product of your own physical and psychic structure, of your chemical and electromagnetic constitution.

The physical materialization was so constructed that it resulted in further regeneration of inward energy itself. I would like to repeat that dreams occur constantly, whether you wake or sleep; and this has always been the case. The dream universe has also affected your own physical universe, as the physical universe has strongly affected it.

It goes without saying, or should, that the inner self sends its projections of inner senses through both the physical universe and the dream universe; yet all this talk of space and placement is a mere convenience. Yet, in terms of physical construction this is what you would find, and this, if it were understood, is what is seen in the actual construction of the most minute physical particle under observation in your laboratories.

(Break at 10:29. Jane ended the delivery with a smile. She was well dissociated, she said, and had indeed been in a good state all evening. My writing hand was tiring, otherwise I would not have taken the break.

Psychologically there is no identity, although some aspects are shared. I am speaking here of identity between your selves and the existence of a parallel self in the world of negative matter. That parallel self would not be recognized by you, as psychologically identical, and is indeed quite independent, and a by-product. But since all beings can be said to be by-products in one respect, this does not imply any lack of equality.

(This last statement would refer to the 104th session, November 4, 1964. See pages 125-6. Here Seth made rather strong statements concerning sales by Jane of her writings. Since none have developed yet as far as Jane being notified is concerned, we wonder how we should interpret such material.)

(Seth has mentioned using the recorder before. I have wondered however just how much we will use it, when it is fixed. Usually by the end of a session Jane is tired, ready to quit. I would not be in favor of extending her labors in such cases. She would have to continue in the same manner as when dictating to me; my having a respite would do her no good.
