You would know better than to think that your awareness of the movie signified that the movie began only when you appeared. You construct dreams automatically, so to speak, with one level of your being in the main, whether you wake or sleep, and whether you are aware of the dreams or not. This is an inner symbol manipulation that is carried out as automatically as you breathe or walk, a by-product of your own physical and psychic structure, of your chemical and electromagnetic constitution.

Again, it is your comparatively one-lined perspective that makes you think in terms of one particular beginning. This will undoubtedly be difficult to consider, nevertheless there are countless beginnings, even of your own universe, occurring at different reference points in various perspectives; and it is impossible to trace backward your own thin line, since it is interwoven and actually a part of so many others.

You, any man, participates in more varied perspectives than he knows consciously, and appears in one way or another in more dimensions than he knows. You may again recall our fifth dimensional imaginary structure. Since all parts were ultimately interconnected, it is impossible to give any one part an origin in terms that could be comprehended by anyone who inhabited a particular unit within.

With his intellectual appreciation of the benefits of fire that followed his physical mastery of it, then his dream universe became enriched with a new freedom. This is but one simple example. While development of the two universes overall is parallel, no exact evenness in all respects is achieved. That is, a concept may be brilliantly alive in the dream universe but unexpressed physically, or for one reason or another an intellectual comprehension in the physical universe may not find expression in the dream universe. But overall there is parallel development.

There are breakthroughs in the dream universe from the physical universe, as well as from the dream universe into your own. The dream universe, for the purposes of our explanation, is a specific one. For you I must speak in terms of directions, since there is difficulty due to your insistence on placements in space.

Imagine the analogy psychologically again, using the physical universe as the ego, with the dream universe in one direction and the entity on the other.

All the universes, while seemingly closed, have their origins one within the other. I mentioned sessions ago the connection between negative matter and positive matter, concerning the pulsations of energy into atoms in your universe. I also told you that you existed as long out of the physical universe as you existed in it, but I did not say that you existed identically.

In some manners you do exist identically in the world of negative matter, but in most manners you do not. Psychologically, dear friends, you do not. I will at one time discuss a fascinating facet, though important not shattering, concerning identical twins, in which slip-ups have occurred in this line.

Psychologically there is no identity, although some aspects are shared. I am speaking here of identity between your selves and the existence of a parallel self in the world of negative matter. That parallel self would not be recognized by you, as psychologically identical, and is indeed quite independent, and a by-product. But since all beings can be said to be by-products in one respect, this does not imply any lack of equality.

We have gone quite far enough this evening, and I will shortly close. One note: Ruburt should remain for a short period only, still on the short schedule for psychological time. And in no case has there been a distortion in our predictions concerning Ruburt’s sales. Not distortions as such. There has been somewhat a lack of correlation; and as you supposed, Joseph, sometimes in interpretation.

Ruburt’s own experiments with predictions will accelerate his ability to let longer segments, concerning any one particular prediction, in our sessions to come through. You have received some quite legitimate bits and pieces, but the data have not been correctly correlated in your terms, so that you do not know how to put them together. But with practice there will be better, and if you will excuse the pun, more predictable results.

(The sensation lasted for many minutes and was quite pleasant. At one time I again had the feeling, also, of a “bridge” or connective of flesh, this time from my left heel to the inside of my right big toe. At the same time I experienced the sensation of having my wrists connected in the same way to my sides, as I lay upon my back. All three of these sensations were very definite.
