The material of the physical universe is created spontaneously and constantly, even as the dream locations in the dream world are so created; and as it is impossible in terms of time as you know it to set a point of beginning in the dream world, so it is impossible to attempt to do the same as far as the physical universe is concerned.

There has always been development, but not along any single line. You are only aware of development along certain lines because you focus upon some, and do not focus upon others. There is a give and take between the dream world and the physical world, and each makes or causes effects in the other.

While the two dimensions seem entirely separate, and while it is most difficult, nearly impossible, to dwell within both simultaneously, there are effects which occur in both. The two perspectives or dimensions do exist simultaneously, even though you cannot inhabit them simultaneously.

As awareness develops, so do the abilities develop that enable the whole self to handle ever-varying data, and therefore to manipulate it and function within the perspective of its meaning. There are—

Yet these projections or effects from your dimension into others, and from other dimensions into your own, do cause definite reactions within the plane in which they occur; and various attempts will be made, and are made to interpret them, but always within the framework of accepted, known phenomena. Therefore such attempts in this manner are doomed to failure.

I still do suggest the fifteen minute limit that he has adopted for psychological time, until the end of the week. And then we shall see.
