When a particular situation arises, or when his abilities are unusually attuned, we have in the past held unscheduled sessions, and I have always attempted to compensate by cutting the next one short, or cutting it out entirely.

(Offhand, I do not recall any instance where Seth has eliminated a session entirely. But I can think of many instances where a succeeding session has been cut short in compensation.)
