I will indeed use an explanation of a particular instance to add to your general knowledge. I have told you that the communication between your landlord’s father and himself was a valid one, and I believe that other communications have taken place. In at least some of these, as in this instance, the man’s wife acted as a relay station.

This is one of the difficulties with our sessions, in that you cannot take in concepts directly. That is, you cannot experience them directly, and I must cut them down, dimensionally speaking, in order that you can perceive them in your more limited dimension.

I have told you also, long ago, that what appears as weight or mass on one plane may appear as something else entirely upon another. And this long before Ruburt picked up his book on physics.

The imaginary framework that I set up for you is an excellent one, a particularly good model for the actuality. And even such a model as I carefully described could not be constructed physically within your particular system, since it contains degrees of mobility that your system has no room for.

When I say there can be no communication, I speak of course from my own points of reference. There are even other physical dimensions which do not appear physical to you, your antimatter being one. But there are many others. Some dimensions, or planes or fields, contain others, and some are sufficient unto themselves, with others dependent upon it, as for example your fifth dimension as I have explained it.

But there are dimensions that can never be understood by any algebra, whose basis rests upon emotional equations that can never be solved, or even approached from your system. These emotional equations however form effects that oftentimes react within your system. And your own emotional explosions appear transformed into mass within one such system.

There are chemical as well as psychic reasons for these effects, and at some times of course he operates more efficiently than others. During sessions there is a constant translation of energy from one dimension-plane to another, and on his part a change of reference points, allowing for such translations to occur.

Now I will indeed close our session. It has been a most fruitful one, and I feel quite close to both of you this evening.

(At one time all of my limbs felt as though they wanted to lift up out of themselves. The left arm especially felt as though it was stiff, and hinged at the shoulder so that it would lift up stiffly like a lever.

(October 30, Friday, 8:10 PM: A variety of effects. Many instances of my sensation. Once this was very strong when my hands felt crossed upon my waist, although actually they lay by my sides. My feet felt jammed together at the heels quite forcibly, and at one time my hands felt enlarged. Several voices. Once a middle-aged man with graying hair said to a young woman: “You’re my oldest daughter. I have great faith in you.” I forgot other instances before arising.

(October 31, Saturday, 8 PM: Again a variety of effects. Shortly after I lay down my sensation came over me from the feet to the head. Minutes later it came from the head down to the feet. At one time my hands felt very large, and several feet [3] apart, though in actuality they lay at my sides. Once my hands and feet felt as though they would rise up. I had snatches of voices and vague pictures. This was rather a steady progression of experiences.)
