He also remembered a green rowboat that was anchored out in front of the house. Bill then suggested that he write to Larry O’Toole for confirmation, since as far as he knew O’Toole should still be in Provincetown. In particular, O’Toole could check on the rowboat with a symbol on its bow, as described by Seth.
