Now over here we have great energy, and because I am aware of your conversations, strong power that is being withheld out of caution and fear. You have a strong core of energy tested too early and not under the best of circumstances, though at the time you may have believed so. You are much easier now, but at the time, there was an explosion of energy on your part that you did not understand, and you were afraid that in this explosion of energy you would go too far outward and there would be nothing left, so to speak, that you would get away from yourself and lose yourself beyond all hopes of recovery.

Now regardless of what you may think, consciously, the hypnosis experiments did, indeed, upset you, and part of you regarded them as coercion and this you highly resented so that you sent a part of yourself where the other part of yourself did not want to go. And so you went but with faltering steps. You were enthralled, as you are enthralled, but you were underneath much more cautious.

Now we have here, for all of your benefit, some examples, both here (Davey) and here (Mary Ellen) and here (Joel) of one particular phenomena. Out of humility I do not speak of myself.

(To Mary Ellen.) Now of the three cases mentioned, the greatest sense of stability and peace has been reached over here. The personality, therefore, has gone along well, and the process has been very slow. It will build.

(To Davey.) Now here we have a too early blooming of abilities before the overall personality was able to handle them, and we also have a great contrast in attitude for we have on one hand the determination to show up all fraud, and on the other hand, the fear underneath that our own experiences could somehow be fraudulent. And, therefore, you could not trust yourself and found yourself unable to continue. The dilemma came, therefore, and you avoided the field of endeavor.

Now Ruburt did not know what he was going to speak about this evening and half of his talk in class is automatic, as you know, but it was no coincidence that he became involved in his talk of power and energy for you had a deep distrust of your own energy to sway people as a salesman (to Davey) as you had a distrust of your ability to sway people as a minister (to Joel) and as you also have the same feeling (to Davey), for what happens is this.

Now I am speaking, in your terms, for I understand the way that you feel. I have felt that way many times myself. I have also, however, been one of the ignorant masses, in your terms, who listened to the ringing through the centuries. I have been taken in by every kind of con game that the centuries have known and what you have forgotten is that so have you. You have been on both sides of the fence. You are learning to know what energy is and how to use it. Now you are on one side of the fence, in your terms, but you have been on the other sides.”

(To Joel.) And you have been a poor, ignorant, stupid ignoramus that now you are trying to reach.

(To Ron L.) I am not looking for questions, but you have been the emotional mother that you are now trying to forget, and you have been swept by those emotions that you are now afraid to release, and you have felt them as a river and have been afraid of where they would lead you.

Now, again, each of you have available to you the energy that sweeps through this frame. You can use it in whatever way you choose, but you will use it, and you use it every moment that you are alive and every moment that, in your terms, you are not alive. You are using it creatively whether you know it or not, and it shouts through you even though you purse your lips, and it speaks through you even though you tense your muscles to hide it. Therefore, it behooves you to become friends with it.

(To Davey.) I will turn around so that you can see me better, and now I will return to our friend Ruburt, and you are welcome to our class.

Now I must make myself friendly to our two young ladies over here, and say good evening to you so that you will not think that I am some spooky thing that comes in the night.

Now I will let you all take a break. I innocently said a break, meaning a Seth break, which means that I was not stepping in on our friend’s territory, which is simply an “in” joke around here. Now sometime I am simply going to keep Ruburt in trance during your break, and then I will circulate among you and add my comments to yours.

It was in a life both in Sweden and Denmark. There were two lives. One in the 1500’s or late 1400’s and one in the 1700’s. One as quite a cosmopolitan around Oslo. None of that material, however, has any bearing now on the specific challenges on which you are working. The lives were relatively neutral. You were picking up, however, your own feelings at that time.

Now give us a moment. You joined a navy not of your own country. I believe the English navy during one of these lives and traveled far off the north coast. You spent, also, some time in Ireland, and this is approximately now 1732 to 1750 at which time you retired. You were extremely dogmatic. Given to ceremony, again, counting your brass buttons. Working to be the equivalent of an admiral.

At the same time, however, you came into contact with merchants, quite unusual in this particular circumstance, coming up from Africa. This particular expedition was lost, and you divested the ship of its cargo with the help of the men on your ship, and of course without giving payment. Alae (spelled out), now that was the name of a particular type of cargo, perhaps algae, that was a part of the ships contents. There was also, however, some opium from Turkey. You made a killing on the opium in Holland. It is nearly impossible to find, for example, any proof or record of that transaction since you did not deal in contracts but relied upon your word of honor. In this case it meant taking the contents of the hold by force.

You nearly ended up on the gallows in England. However, you were lucky enough to escape and spend your finer years as a contented potbellied old gentleman near Oslo. Now, the name of the town began with a B and I can only approximate it. Baenog—another letter and then oe, what you would call an outskirt of Oslo, twelve miles distant. Your last name, Bungannon. The first name, Thomas. The wife’s name, Sarah. And he left 44 grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. You had 7 children in all.

Now I will shortly leave you, but before I do there is something I would like you to try. First of all, listen to my voice. Use it. Attach your own energy to it also. Let the sound of its energy rouse you from your own sleeping. Let it then rouse your own energy, lift you from your sleep. Energy is not only eternal but limitless. There is no limit to the energy that is available to you. Therefore, you do not have to worry that what energy you use is, therefore, denied you in the future so open up the doors within yourselves.

Imagine, if you must, that you have backdoors through which this energy emerges, fresh from the fountains of the universe. Now imagine this universe, imagine this energy connecting; focused, vital and strong. Close your eyes and imagine it in this room. Imagine all the energy that is available to you, here now, connected and send it outward to the woman in question. Send it through space and time easily through the vehicle of my voice. Use my voice, therefore, as a vehicle upon which unending energy can rise and let that power then of vitality and life and strength enter the body and spirit and mind of the woman and fill her with the feeling of vital life and give her the knowledge of herself that she now so desperately requires. Feel that energy glide as easily through the air as air currents; as naturally and as easily as the wind that feels both night and day. Feel it then fill her frame with vitality and strength and know that you have a part in this, and that through the part that you are playing are you also being filled with therapeutic energies and with vitalities that will rejuvenate your spirit and your mind.
