This is extremely important, otherwise you can project also. Your own thoughts and feelings should be those of health and vitality so that these alone help in the healing process. Now these are things that you will learn, and I am not scolding you, do not look at me like that, or you will make me cry, but it is the only time I have to get a hold of you, and so I want you to understand what I am saying.

Once you realize that is the reason you must also know that you are an entire individual and can indeed change that pattern of reaction and feel within yourself that energy that you feel, that upsurge of strength and vitality that lets you know you can do this and court that feeling of energy and teach her to court it.
