Our regular students have been experiencing an extra bonus. You are beginning your own dream classes as you know. Some of  you already know the evenings in which you will work and the area in which you will be involved. As you learn to live spontaneously on a physical level, so automatically you will be able to build up such forms and when you do you must learn to train them. You have hands and you have to learn how to use them when you are a child. And so when you grow these forms you must learn how to use them with respect and love. Those of you who have already experienced their first extracurricular class should have the second installment this week and those of you who lag behind should begin your first installment. Ruburt has an experiment in mind however and so I will wait and see how you do. My heartiest welcome to visitors for the evening.

But energy forms depend upon strong, very powerful concentrations of energy whether thought or emotion is involved. These are in your terms, excesses of energy that shoot out from you like stars  but coalesce into a shape and a form. They are usually the result of, in your terms, a long term build up of energy although the same effect can be reached by one extremely powerful image or thought. There is however a difference. Now I have always referred to myself as a personality energy essence because it was true and also because it sounded very safe to Ruburt. You could not argue against it. He did not have to say that I said I was a spirit or I was some sort of a White God or that I was an illuminati. The term was simple and he could accept it. It is a lovely term if I do say so myself. I will stick with it always. I will see that Ruburt puts it in his introduction.
