Now each of you, in your own way, hide certain groupings of feelings from yourselves so I am not necessarily directing this specifically at our friend here except that she has the trouble with the ear this evening. For now I will simply tell you that the connection is there. You know that it is, but you must think of what noise represents to you, and what it is that you do not want to hear, and why at this particular time you do not want to hear it.

This also has to do, however, with the fear of exterior stimuli and the basic fear that it will sweep you away, destroy your person and (words lost) of it. You have no security and these thoughts and feelings are highly erroneous. You have physical senses for a reason. They are to help you, not to hinder you. When you refuse to use them for whatever reason, you lessen your own abilities and your own effectiveness as you know, but this is not ever thrust upon you. This is a method of learning, and as you learn you will solve the problem.

I want all of you in this specific case to let out with the heartiest Mu for our friend here to clear her ears. I want that Mu to be as loud and hearty as you can make it, and I want you to take it and joyfully, and let it go through you completely. Not in fear but in joy.
