Both of you have this thing about noise, and so I will speak to you both at once. And all of you in class did very well. This young man came up with some very good ideas about you as did everyone else in the room. It is only for you now to see and to hear. The world is not as tumultuous as you imagine it to be, and you can hold your own within it. You can, indeed. You can clear your own ears and your own vision. All you have to do is realize that within yourself is the ability to face each life, each day as a life, as you come to it. You are trying too hard now. You must relax and trust the inner self to see and to hear.

(Very loudly) As you sense the energy within this voice grab a hold of it, use it for your own purposes. Realize that as it flows through this figure so indeed can it flow through your own. And it does. You do not need to translate it into sound. Translate it into health and vitality and laughter. Use it as you will but realize it is your own, and that within you there is a source of such vitality and strength. Realize also that physical existence is good. It is blessed. It is in your terms real, and it is meant for you. It is your medium of expression. Feel free in it. Enjoy it.
