Now I have not told you to be decorous or quiet. I have spoken to you of direct experience, and by direct experience, I mean, also, emotional experience. You cannot divorce it from your own sense of reality and I use therefore the word “love” without the embarrassment that some of you, quite privately, ascribe to it.
