There are no magical properties involved. The same benefits could be achieved in many other ways, but in your cases they are connected with the class. I almost hesitate to tell you, for you will think you will skip out of here like six-year-olds. The fact is that you are managing the physical composition of your bodies in a much more efficient way than you did before, as a result of your changing ideas, so that the cells themselves are more lively. Their movement—the movement within the cells is more flexible. To some extent you are rejuvenating your physical images. This applies to some of you more than to others, according to how thoroughly you are accepting and utilizing the ideas, for the inner youth and vitality is not primarily physical but only materialized in physical ways.
