You are all here for a reason. You did not come here by chance. Our friend Ruburt is giving me more freedom now, and I shall visit with you more often in our classes. He has not been using his full abilities but he is now learning that he must do so if he is to develop, and if he is to do his best by you, for you are my students, you see, as well as his.

I come here to renew my acquaintance with one of you (Florence) and to introduce myself to two of you. We shall become well acquainted. I keep my eye out for your welfare.
