“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(Since it was Jane’s first session without my presence, I thought it would be interesting to record some of it. I opened one of the two doors and made notes; thus the students and Jane were not disturbed on the other side of the remaining closed door. Seth’s voice was easily heard.

One part of the self is (underlined) pure truth. The other portions of the personality need translation and interpretation. They do not understand what they are.

Earlier in 1242 a Dutch existence. There was a Spanish life in the 13th century and one in what is now the state of California in the very early 1800’s. You have been twice a woman, three times a man.

I come here to renew my acquaintance with one of you (Florence) and to introduce myself to two of you. We shall become well acquainted. I keep my eye out for your welfare. We shall not have a long session this evening. I shall not give you any outstanding evidential revelation this evening so you may or may not take notes as you desire.

I wanted to make one small point. Those who survive physical death are individuals as they have always been.

One part of the self is pure truth. The other portions of the personality need translation and interpretation. They do not understand what they are. You exist in more dimensions than you know and your own reality transcends your own understanding and intellect. They must be understood intuitively. In your quiet moments you will recognize them. The energy that moves the universe is the same that moves your hand now. You have it but you do not realize the knowledge that you have. The person you seek is here. He is with you here and has never parted from you. In one sense you are not divided or separated and you will gain from his added development for he will telepathically let you understand matters that you have never understood before.

This will be brief. You (pointing to Andrea), in 1572—Poland, what is now considered Poland, a boy—relatives from Russia. Majurak—last name—ended up in what is now Warsaw—a trader, a merchant—4 children —a French wife—earlier in 1242—a Dutch existence. There was a Spanish life in the 17th century and one in what is now California in the early 1800’s. You have been twice a woman and three times a man. You are developing along certain lines. Your interest in the outdoors now reflecting your male existence. We will give you more specific details at a later time with dates and names.
