I came through this evening to let you know that I like your home (to Rachel, where the class session was being held).

([Rachel:] “And a lovable one.”)

Now, our friends (Rachel’s neighbors) are not used to me. They will not automatically think that Ruburt is out of his head tonight. And if they hear my voice they will simply think that our friend is simply talking in his sleep. So you see I feel I have some freedom. Of course, we may not be invited here again.

([Rachel:] “You are always welcome, night or day.”)

([Rachel:] “I have the feeling that the other personality is very close by. There are times that it seems to be pulling you in. Your voice is a little high for Seth.”

([Rachel:] “I mean as masculine. There is no gender to him. Now where do I go from here?”)

([Rachel:] “How do we have the power to determine the future if past, present and future are all one?”)

This is in your terms. To make an idea clear I must often resort to ideas of time that are current with you. You change constantly. Reaction is simultaneous, and yet you do have control. And in your own terms, I must often use past, present and future. Now when you read the material and all of it—you will find that your questions are well answered, for there is no question that you have that I have not anticipated. This is my job. You (Rachel) have the capacity if you use it—and the ability. I will stretch your IQ.

(There was class conversation about the “circle” after which Rachel spoke of the possibility of not coming to classes anymore.)
