(Now Jane, as Seth, pointed to Bonnie.) One I have known vaguely in my own past. However, you would not recognize me now, though I do indeed remember you. Now, you would not know yourself, for you were a small boy of three to four years old when I knew you, and I did not know you well. This was in Denmark, and your father was a baker. You had indeed a very short life, dying at nine or ten, of diphtheria. You see, you are older than you knew you were.

(At break reincarnation was naturally discussed, with Lillian voicing some doubts on this score. Session resumed at 10: 05. Seth pointed at Lillian.)

(10:20. As I suspected, the .session was not yet over. During break Lillian told us that she had lived in Bangor as a preschool child, and had been very attached to Maine; so much so that when she left there to move to New York State, she at first refused to say she lived in NYS. Lillian also told us that she had many relatives in Boston, Mass.)

(Here Seth refers to a discussion during break, concerning some of the previous data; I cannot now pinpoint what was questioned. Jane thinks the O may refer to the name Rakes. One of the witnesses may remember and a space is left below for any notes.)

(Seth pointed to Janet Clifton.) Here... Mesopotamia, before it was known by that name. (Pause.) And here we do find abilities shown, ignored and misused through a succession of lives. A rather classic example of the progress followed by many psychically-endowed, but in poor control of their personalities and abilities.

China and Egypt, lives in various religious capacities, however, without the necessary sense of responsibility. Unfortunately taking advantage instead of the fortunes made available to those in ruling classes throughout the ages. For this reason the abilities have not as yet come to fruition. Only in this existence is there finally some understanding, and a growing sense of responsibility. The personality in the past used psychic abilities for the wrong purposes. Therefore, they did not fully develop and the personality was at a standstill.

There was a death by fire on two occasions. (Pause.) There has been a dabbling in occult matters and some chicanery. The personality relying largely upon its own resources. 1524... Ireland... 1721, a small town 25 meters from Charterous. (Pause.) The nearest approximation here: C, H, A, R... (spelling unfinished), Charteris. (Pause. My phonetic interpretation.)

(Janet Clifton now told us that she has always had a fear of fire. Also, Joan of Arc has figured rather prominently in her life; in school for instance she was called Joan of Arc, witch, etc.)
