(Now Jane, as Seth, pointed to Bonnie.) One I have known vaguely in my own past. However, you would not recognize me now, though I do indeed remember you. Now, you would not know yourself, for you were a small boy of three to four years old when I knew you, and I did not know you well. This was in Denmark, and your father was a baker. You had indeed a very short life, dying at nine or ten, of diphtheria. You see, you are older than you knew you were.

(Jane, as Seth, again pointed to Lillian.) His daughter then marrying a man called Lines, a merchant. Difficulties in the left leg from an old wound. Also difficulties with the right ear and teeth. An overreliance upon emotionalism then, and a headstrong attitude, little given to reason. This time an effort being made to right those characteristics.

(Seth pointed to Janet Clifton.) Here... Mesopotamia, before it was known by that name. (Pause.) And here we do find abilities shown, ignored and misused through a succession of lives. A rather classic example of the progress followed by many psychically-endowed, but in poor control of their personalities and abilities.
