[...] But the innate love within you, that you are often too embarrassed to express, forms the planet that you know, the physical bodies that you inhabit, the seasons and the reality in which you presently have your existence. [...]

I expect you to form a new class reality and certain of you will be involved with a joint out-of-body experience and other experiences in the future. [...]

[...] Only a small amount of energy is focused into the physical system during sleep, enough simply to maintain the body within the environment.

In midnight thickets
Dreamers plunge,
While the moon
Shines calmly on.
The town is sleeping,
Bodies lie
Neat and empty

Appointments are made and kept,
And records scrawled in haste,
While bodies wait in crisp white beds,

Seth often advances his ideas by weaving together several themes into a complex pattern in any given session, or throughout a body of material. [...]

In the 762nd session for December 15, 1975, mentioned earlier, Seth explained how “Unknown” Reality fit into the larger body of his material:

[...] For the most part, then, these approaches keep the body of each session free of interruptions between break designations.

[...] Neither, therefore, is it aware of those distortions that cause it to construct faults within physical matter, for in all cases the physical matter of the human body will be subconsciously created in line with inner conditions.

[...] I have discussed in some detail the electrical makeup of the physical body, and of the atoms and molecules, and cells and organs, that compose it.

[...] Again, this idea is the result of your own habit of perception, for chemicals and air and nutrients that you consider not your self, enter the self constantly from the physical environment; and that which you consider yourself, leaves through the pores of the body.

[...] It is important that your ideas circulate freely, and that the ideas of the peoples of the world circulate freely, just as it is important that your individual body has good circulation. [...]

[...] When he thinks he might try an out-of-body at a nap, have him tell you, and call him at a certain time. [...]

You are a part of other systems that you do not know, and dreaming portions of your processes exist as thoroughly in other systems as your physical body dwells in this one.

[...] So physically, and on his physical attributes alone, a man cannot use his free will to fly like a bird, or to perform physical acts for which the human body is not equipped.

The body is equipped to perform far better, in a variety of ways, than you give it credit for, however—but the fact remains that the genetic structure focuses volition. [...]

[...] So you must peek out at physical reality, while the body sleeps and the eyes are closed and the senses are “dimmed” in your terms. [...]

I do not need sweaters—I have no body to put one on (to Rachel knitting a sweater). [...]

[...] Now he thinks he punishes his body for being ill by not allowing it pleasure with you in intimate relations. [...]

The intuitive realization came this afternoon, though he did not realize it, for it is natural for his body to bring him ease, pleasure and satisfaction.

[...] The kitchen once more becomes a sacred place of nourishment to him, and the food that he prepares is much more nourishing to your bodies, because of his attitude and its results upon the atoms and molecules composing the food.

[...] He interpreted it as a sign that you were willing to nourish his body—

[...] In your terms it is the build up of natural anger; in animals, say, it would lead to a face-to-face encounter, of battle stances in which each creature’s body language, motion, and ritual would serve to communicate a dangerous position. [...]

[...] It was not meant to be the cringing act of a martyr who said, “Hit me again,” but represented a biologically pertinent statement, a communication of body language. [...]

I have not given you complicated methods concerning out-of-body travel, and yet all of our books, by changing your attitudes, will help you bring about changes in yourselves that will automatically enhance such activities. [...]

[...] Your knee can see, every portion of the body responds to light. [...]

(12:09.) Like I said before you went out, I feel as if some ancient swarm of wasps’ nests (long pause) have finally been touched upon or stirred up—or of angry energy that had been stored in those portions of my body. [...]

[...] His trust in his body will grow as the program is implemented, and you have barely begun to utilize it.

(11:20.) It is this that still keeps physical reins upon the body. [...]

(9:58.) Within that framework, it is possible to have sane and healthy minds within healthy bodies, to have a sane planet. [...]

A projection, an out-of-body experience, is a creative act, and again all creative acts are basically aggressive. [...]

The ego, as a rule, is frightfully leery of such action, since to it an out-of-body experience always symbolizes physical death. [...]

Now, you see, when you paint a picture you use your physical body as a tool to create your inner idea. [...]
