As an individual you carry within you such a blueprint, then; it contains all the information you require to bring about the most favorable version of yourself in the probable system that you know. These blueprints exist biologically and at every level — psychically, spiritually, mentally. The information is knit into the genes and chromosomes, but it exists apart, and the physical structures merely represent the carriers of information.³ In the same fashion the species en masse holds within its vast inner mind such working plans or blueprints. They exist apart from the physical world and in an inner one, and from this you draw those theories, ideas, civilizations, and technologies which you then physically translate.

2. Seth talked very briefly about such blueprints in Chapter 20 of Personal Reality — see the 672nd session after the end of break at 10:28. He concluded his material by stating: “A system of checks and balances exists, however, so that in certain dreams you are made aware of these blueprints. They may appear throughout your lifetime as recurring dreams of a certain nature — dreams of illumination; and even if you do not remember them you will awaken with your purposes strengthened and suddenly clear.

Now: Dictation … Each probability system has its own set of “blueprints,” clearly defining its freedoms and boundaries, and setting forth the most favorable structures capable of fulfillment.

These are not “inner images of perfection,” and to some extent the blueprints² themselves change, for the action within any given system of probabilities automatically alters the entire picture, enlarging it. The blueprints are actually more like inner working plans that can be changed with circumstances, but to some extent they are idea-lizations, with a hyphen.

[...] Both represented high points of your entities, images in the mental genes, blueprints for your spirits to follow. [...] But in another sense you are already Joseph and Ruburt, since the blueprint exists. [...]

[...] You made the blueprint yourself, and your various incarnated selves are not consciously aware of the blueprint. [...]

[...] The seeds are the physical carriers of future oranges, but the blueprints for that reality are what formed the seeds. [...] Because you think in terms of consecutive time, it seems that there must have been a first egg, or seed.¹ The blueprints for reality exist, however, in dimensions without such a time sequence.

[...] It is there that the blueprints for reality are found. [...]

[...] But it is basically free of that reality, not confined to the life-and-death saga, and at other levels deals with the blueprints for its own physical existence.

[...] You make your world, and in an important manner your thoughts are indeed the immediate personal blueprints for it. [...]

[...] Within you there are blueprints. [...] You have free will, you can choose to ignore the blueprints. You can choose to ignore the blueprints for some time. [...]

3. Seth discussed his “blueprints for reality” a number of times in Volume 1 of “Unknown” Reality. See the 696th session, for instance: “Each probability system has its own set of ‘blueprints,’ clearly defining its freedoms and boundaries … These are not ‘inner images of perfection,’ and to some extent the blueprints themselves change … As an individual you carry within you such a blueprint, then; it contains all the information you require to bring about the most favorable version of yourself in the probable system you know … In the same fashion the species en masse holds within its vast inner mind such working plans or blueprints.”

That one Seth was endowed with his own inner blueprint. The blueprint gave him an idea of his potentials, and how they could be best fulfilled in earthly terms.³

[...] It is that world that offers you answers, solutions, and would reveal many of the blueprints that exist behind the world of your experience.

[...] He is then beginning to glimpse the blueprints for the world that you know.

[...] Unconsciously, then, you have within you what you might think of as a set of blueprints for the particular kind of physical reality you want to materialize. [...]

A system of checks and balances exists, however, so that in certain dreams you are made aware of these blueprints. [...]

New paragraph: Nevertheless, the blueprints lie within. [...]

[...] As this book continues, I will indeed outline some beginning proposals as to ways in which you can use your consciousness to understand the nature of reality, and to make some of those inner blueprints clear.

I am not saying that you would have necessarily had a perfect world, but that you would have been dealing more directly with the blueprints for reality.

[...] Each species carries in its individual and mass psyche the blueprints of such probable actualities. These blueprints are biologically valid — that is, they allow the cells precognitive knowledge, upon which present behavior is based. [...]

The blueprints for “ideal” developments exist within the pool of genetic knowledge, providing the species with multitudinous avenues for fulfillment. Those blueprints exist mentally as ideals. [...]

(With many pauses:) Dictation … The unknown reality, probable man, dreams, the spin of electrons, the blueprints for reality — all of these are intimately related.

[...] The dream-art scientist, the true mental physicist, the complete physician — such designations represent the kinds of training that could allow you to understand the unknown, and therefore the known reality, and so become aware of the blueprints that exist behind the physical universe. [...]

[...] But the blueprint is made by your conscious beliefs. [...]

They form the blueprint by which you make your body, whether you have known this or not. [...]

[...] Here also you are dealing with blueprints for reality. [...]

The blueprint is action’s intent. The selves are action in progress toward this blueprint.

[...] The god concept will operate as a psychic and spiritual blueprint just like the architect’s plan, only at a different level. Each species has within it such blueprints to varying degrees, and these are important, for they carry within them the idealized probabilities. [...]

[...] They carry the genes, the factors or units — ‘blueprints’ — that determine hereditary characteristics.”

3. Seth packed a lot of information into the short 689th session for Volume 1. He discussed the innumerable experiments of consciousness with animal-man and man-animal forms; the great communication between man and animal in ancient times, and the deep rapport of both with their natural heritage; psychic and biological blueprints and cellular precognition; the growth of man’s ego consciousness; the beginnings of our god concepts and mythology; and more.

[...] It is retained in latent form within a kind of backup system, so that in terms of probabilities each species carries within its own genetic patterns the blueprints and specializations of each other’s genetic sequence.

[...] This inner identity is the blueprint however against which you judge, ultimately, your physical actions. [...]
