(One question concerned what Seth actually “sees” when he is confronting a witness, and he answers this briefly in tonight’s session. [...]

During the past week she must have dealt with over 80 letters—with another group answered just before that batch bringing the total to well over 100. I would prefer not to answer that the way you have asked it.

(Jane answered by telling me how she felt this morning—“discombobulated” —meaning that various parts of her body seem to move, or want to move, out of rhythm or sync with other parts—but that overall she recognizes that those are all healthy signs of the body trying to heal itself. [...] They also probably answer some of my questions about the role her sinful self may be playing these days.

[...] Your intellect does not have to know the answers to all of your questions—but both of you use the last few suggestions I just gave you daily. [...]

[...] There were some questions however that you had in mind, and I shall endeavor to answer them.

(Seth helps out here a little in answer to my second question.

[...] We hesitated to give meanings here, and received some help from Seth in answer to my fourth question.

(Seth continues in answer to the first question: “A visual connection, with square or rectangular objects in the center of a larger area”, refers to the rectangular bricks marching up across the center of the object. [...]

During our break, Rob mentioned several questions that he thought Jon would like answered, or that might come to his mind as he read the session. [...]

“If you were afraid of getting, say, cancer, I could see it,” Lydia answered.

Almost immediately, Seth came through and answered her question.

(10:58.) The answer of course is that the permission you were given to go “faster” applied to a completely different dimension of motion and activity. [...]

The speed applied to the energy generated by Framework 2—energy that transforms the road or ground so that you do not have to travel the road in the same old fashion, that is, I am answering the dream’s question (all intently). [...]

It certainly seems that the best way to get specific answers is to ask specific questions, and the rational mind thinks first of all of something like a list of questions. In that regard, Ruburt’s response before such a session is natural, and to an extent magical, because he knows that no matter what he has been taught, he must to some degree (underlined) forget the questions and the mood that accompanies them with one level of his consciousness, in order to create the proper kind of atmosphere at another level of consciousness — an atmosphere that allows the answers to come even though they may be presented in a different way than that expected by the rational mind.

All of that can be transferred to other areas of your lives, and in particular to Ruburt’s [physical] difficulties, I do understand your joint concern, and in holding the session I know you want specific answers — which I always give to the best of my ability.

What we will be discussing for several sessions, with your permission jointly — and, I hope, with your joint enthusiasm — will be the magical approach to reality, and to your private lives specifically, in order to create that kind of atmosphere in which the answers become experienced (underlined).

To answer a question directly meant that you were simpleminded and lacked any appreciation of the questioner’s greater intelligence, for he seldom asked a question he really wanted answered. [...]

[...] Often when you hear a denial in such circumstances, you immediately leap to the correct conclusion — that in a month or so an affirmative answer will be given to the same question.
