1. Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality contains a number of references to Carl Jung, the Swiss psychologist and psychiatrist who lived from 1875–1961.

3. In Volume 1 of “Unknown” Reality, Seth incorporated the use of photographs in practice elements 3–5 and 7.

2. In Volume 1 of “Unknown” Reality there are several sources of information on Jane’s parents and her early background in general. [...]

Jane began her own dictation before tonight’s session by saying that as she’d typed her statements yesterday [for Appendix 4] she would “get glimpses” of some of the concepts Seth was going to talk about in “Unknown” Reality — yet they would immediately vanish from her consciousness, so that all she had left was the knowledge that she’d experienced the insight.

Alone, they carry within themselves the splendor of unknown knowledge, and they arise from the deep founts of Ruburt’s life, containing within themselves the neighborhood and world in which he grew, the power and vitality of the people he knew, the resourcefulness and energy that composed reality. [...] The pendulum told me I was worrying about everything from taking too long in producing The “Unknown” Reality to stewing about spending too much time painting, to worrying about my own seeming lack of income. [...]

(Then today, Saturday, my pendulum told me that I felt guilty about using painting time when I should be working on Seth’s “Unknown” Reality, since the painting wasn’t bringing in money, etc. [...]

[...] For one thing, that scope includes levels that are consciously unknown to you. [...]
