(Recently Jane received a telephone call from John Pitre, of Chatsworth Road in Franklin, LA. John asked Jane, whom he has never met, if Seth could give any data that might help John’s wife Peggy, who has multiple sclerosis. [...]

(John Bradley is called Philip by Seth. [...] Since Seth goes into something else shortly, I will note here that John Bradley and Bill Gallagher engaged in lively argument here the evening before this session, on the subject of war.)

(John Bradley, of Williamsport, PA, who has witnessed several sessions, stopped by this afternoon on his regular rounds, but could not stay for the session this evening. Affairs involving John’s work with Searle, the drug firm, are more or less quiet and uneventful, John reported. [...] John now feels also that things are percolating below the surface, and he requested Jane and I find out what we could about the current state of affairs involving Searle, from Seth tonight.

(It will be remembered that Philip, incidentally, is the entity name of John Bradley.)

Tuesday, August 2, I did enough physical work to more than make up for walking the house three times; vacuumed living room, bedroom, john; and cleaned some woodwork. [...]

While visiting us on the second day of my illness, John said that events transpiring within the drug firm he represents, Searle, appear to bear out predictions made by Seth some time ago. Seth had mentioned a time limit of several years for some of these predictions to work themselves out, and counseled patience on John’s part. [...]
