“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(I might add that Frank Longwell has suggested that Jane’s extreme slowness of movement currently stems from healing changes taking place in her muscles, and that such movement is protective in nature. [...] We gather that Frank isn’t particularly in favor of contacting the medical establishment, but what is one to do, I asked Jane, if one cannot bring oneself out of his or her difficulties unaided? (Reading the 3rd session, of December 6/63, John noticed that Frank Watts, Jane and I had all lived together in Mesopotamia in the 4th century B.C. In that life I was a woman, Frank Watts was my sister, and Jane was a brother to us, and named Seth. During these first sessions it will be remembered that Jane and I received our information from Frank Watts. [...]

[...] We didn’t get to discuss it much because Frank Longwell visited. [...]

(Frank Longwell visited, and also offered Jane a lot of encouragement as he explained the functions of different muscle groups to her. Seth’s material, and Frank’s, goes a long way toward easing her feelings of fright, for now we see that those feelings represented her—and my—misunderstanding of her own bodily functions as the body ceaselessly tries to right itself.)

[...] He is trying so hard that he bends over backwards to be honest, and if you will forgive me, Frank.

[...] Marian said frankly that the idea made her “scary” so we did not insist, and rarely mentioned this material unless she brought up the subject herself. [...]

[...] During the first three sessions the material came from a Frank Withers — who, it developed in the 4th session, was one of the “personality fragments” making up the Seth entity, or whole self. Just before Seth announced his presence to us in that same session, Frank Withers spelled out a remark through the board that meant little to Jane and me at the time: “One whole entity may need several manifestations, even at simultaneous so-called times.”

(Though Frank Withers never used the word “counterpart,” we see now that this can be a reference to the concept of simultaneous reincarnations, to that of counterparts, or to both.
