Seth offers some evocative suggestions as to how dreams can be used as direct therapy, and some of his concepts could be of great aid in self-help programs and in psychotherapy.

His familiarity with our sessions has made it possible for him to become more aware of the constant communication that exists between the inner and the outer selves.

(John Bradley told us that when Seth mentioned his becoming aware of more inner communications in the future, he felt a twinge of fear. [...]
