In physical reality you are learning that your thoughts have reality, and that you create the reality that you know. You cannot separate your beliefs about reality from the reality that you experience. That is, your beliefs about reality form it. [...]

(Slowly:) Only because these units have their source outside of space and time is the present corporal reality a triumph of probabilities. [...] If you become ill, say, you may wonder why, and yet once illness has happened it becomes part of the body’s reality, and seems almost like an inevitable part of its experience.

[...] Also, however, the body’s physical reality is a seeming constant in a seemingly constant physical existence.

If, and I am speaking now metaphorically, if-if-if-if-if there was ever a Sumari language existing in the past then it had to be created, and if you want it to be found you had better help create it. You are forming realities. [...]

[...] You see but the representation of yourselves in the mirror, as you realize, but behind these representations are larger multidimensional realities, and we have many teaching methods and you are apt learners. [...]

[...] We do not want you to think that you are taking a gay step across the abyss of reality and the universe with nothing, no bridge, to hold you there. [...]

[...] And since past, present and future exist now in your terms you need bridges, because you do not really understand the nature of time, so you think you need a bridge to get from past to present or from past to future or from one kind of reality to another. [...]

(Pause at 9:40.) Your consciousness, however, is equipped to create realities in other fields as well. [...]

[...] As mentioned earlier, thoughts, containing their own electromagnetic reality, have form whether or not you perceive it. With each thought, then, you send out from yourself shapes and images that can be quite legitimate realities to those within the system of reality into which they are propelled.

[...] Some of your own feelings are propelled into a reality within such systems, adopting within that framework their own mass and form. In the creation and maintenance of your normal reality, you focus your daily waking consciousness so that it becomes effective within the ranges necessary. [...]

The EE units are quite simply incipient forms of reality: seeds automatically given birth, suited for different environments, some appearing within the physical framework, and some not conforming at all to its prerequisites. Now some systems of reality are “bounded” with centers of faster-than-light particles. [...]

[...] If you believe that you do indeed form your own reality, then you instantly come up against a whole new group of questions. [...] You create your own reality, or it is created for you. [...]

(Then in May 1978 Sue Watkins began helping me by typing the final manuscript for the session notes for Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality. [...] Late that month — unbelievably to me — I finished my own work on Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality, and immediately began to type the final draft of the sessions; as I finished groups of sessions I mailed them to Tam every few days, while at the same time collaborating with Jane on the table of contents for the book. [...] On December 7 the copyedited manuscript for Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality came; it’s more than 900 pages long, and painstakingly checking every word on every page of that book kept us busy until Christmas Eve; I mailed it to Tam on December 26. [...]

[...] That psyche has been emerging more and more in whatever guise it is allowed to as it seeks to express its vitality, its purpose and exuberance, and as it seeks out new contexts in which to express a subjective reality that finally spills over the edges of sterile beliefs.

[...] As the outer ego manipulates within the environment and physical reality, so the inner ego or self organizes and manipulates within an inner reality. The inner ego creates that physical reality with which the outer ego then deals.

The inner ego however is always aware of both aspects of its reality. [...] It constantly translates the components of its gestalt into reality, either physical reality through the EE units I have mentioned, or into other realities equally as valid.

An individual inner self, then, through constant massive effort of great creative intensity, cooperates with all other inner selves to form and maintain the physical reality that you know, so that physical reality is an offshoot or by-product of (pause), the highly conscious creative inner self. [...]

Having determined upon physical reality as a dimension in which it will project itself, the inner self therefore first of all takes care to form and maintain the physical basis upon which all else must depend—those physical properties of earth that can be called natural ones.

It goes without saying that as you create physical reality you also form the other planes of existence in which you operate. You do operate simultaneously within all levels of reality and if you become familiar with various coordinates, the self that you know could become aware of your own other existences.

(Pause.) These coordinates form all realities. [...] The inner fabric of reality is far more complicated than outer camouflage as you know it.

It is very possible that physics rather than psychology will give the first hint that human personality is multidimensional and that the inner reality of the mind far surpasses the physical universe that it attempts to probe. [...]

[...] The hallucinations however would be quite valid journeys into other realities.

[...] It pulses with the power behind all the emotions that you know … This is the warmth that … is born from the very devotion of our isolation … that creates the reality that you know, without itself experiencing it.”

[...] In my opinion, she offers a most important insight here toward understanding the formation of our mundane physical reality. Besides Jane’s material in appendixes 4 and 5 for Volume 1 of “Unknown” Reality, see Seth’s deliveries on inner sound, light, and electromagnetic patterns in the four sessions (623–26) making up Chapter 5 of Personal Reality.

[...] From the 681st session:) In your terms — the phrase is necessary — the moment point, the present, is the point of intersection between all existences and reality. All probabilities flow through it, though one of your moments may be experienced as centuries, or as a breath, in other probable realities of which you are a part. [...]

In closing: See the 593rd session in the Appendix of Seth Speaks for Seth’s material on black holes, white holes, and coordination points: “A black hole is a white hole turned inside out … The holes, therefore, or coordination points [points of double reality, or where realities merge], are actually great accelerators that reenergize energy itself.” [...]

Last month, in the opening notes for Session 931, in Chapter 9, I recorded that on July 8 Jane spontaneously wrote “a complete outline for a book on Seth’s magical approach to reality.” Actually, we’ve been quite aware of the potential of such an idea ever since Seth began that material a year ago.³ After supper this evening we went over the loose-leaf notebook of information Jane has accumulated for The Magical Approach to Reality: A Seth Book, and discussed how she could follow her outline in putting all of that material—on our dreams, psychic events and insights, her poetry and our essays—together with Seth’s private sessions on the magical approach. [...]

[...] Since we cannot bear to face the great raw power of nuclear energy either, I’ve often wondered whether this situation can be an earthly, imperfect and time-ridden analog to what must be the reality of All That Is.

[...] It’s from Session 747 for May 14, 1975, and I found that I had quoted portions of the session in Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality: See Note 11 for Session 742. [...]

I am far more however than this portion of me that you contact, for it is only one portion of me that experienced that reality. (Pause.) It is highly important that the material not be distorted then, for most communications take place on far different levels than this, so closely connected with your own system that even the most undistorted material is highly distorted, because the communicators themselves are so closely involved with camouflages, and do not realize that they create the realities which they then describe.

As words would tell little, or give small hint of the reality of sound or color to someone who did not experience these, so the words used can only give insight into the nature of reality. [...]

[...] They are attempts to explain in words the nature of the inner reality that forms All That Is. [...]

The inner senses to some extent will allow you to perceive the reality of inner existence, and Ruburt incidentally in this new development is involved with the use of these inner senses in a more effective manner than before. [...]

[Each of] you will create the attributes of reality that interest you and work with them in your own way. [...]

You could not be consciously aware of those other realities all of the time, and deal with the world that you know. [...] Yet there is more to the body than you perceive of it, and this is difficult to explain to you … If you can think of a multidimensional body existing at one time in various realities, and appearing differently within each one while still being whole, then you can get some glimpse of what is involved.³

Now our friend Joseph here was able to handle another reality while still being involved in this one. [...] But in other terms, she was indeed running in another environment that our friend was able to see, and to superimpose over the reality he knew, while keeping both intact.

(So far we’ve been dealing with the idea of counterparts in our own physical reality. [...] (Before that, from Session 712:) To some extent or another, there are counterparts of all realities within your psyche.

[...] Jane doesn’t create a reality in which the event is absent from her memory, or never happened, that I know of.

Yes, I think that in our separate ways each one of us chose to create this probable reality out of the many available.

[...] On June 22 the pendulum told me that my stomach bothers me not because I don’t spend enough time painting, but because I feel guilty at spending the time I do, in view of all the other work with Jane that I feel I should be doing: working on sessions, “Unknown” Reality, etc.
